Manage macOS LaunchAgents from [bootstrap.macos.launchd.agents]

Writes each agent to ~/Library/LaunchAgents/dev.mise.<name>.plist and loads it into your GUI login session. Run it as the user who owns the agents; an SSH session without a GUI login may not be able to load them. For a user service that also works on Linux and Windows, use [bootstrap.services] with scope = "user".
