Manage macOS preferences such as Dock, Finder, and keyboard settings
Applies [bootstrap.macos.defaults], [[bootstrap.macos.defaults_entries]], and the [bootstrap.macos.dock], finder, keyboard, and trackpad sections. Preferences are written the way defaults write writes them. mise does not restart apps: Dock, Finder, and some others show a change only after they relaunch.
