Manage systemd user units from [bootstrap.linux.systemd.units]
Writes unit files to ~/.config/systemd/user, then enables and starts them as configured. An entry with state = "absent" is stopped, disabled, and deleted instead. Units run with your permissions and need a reachable systemd user manager. For system units, or a user service that also works on macOS and Windows, use [bootstrap.services].
